There is a wonderful non-governmental non-commercial organization Medical Wings International (www.medicalwings.org ). It was established in USA by Glenda Johnson who works at American Airlines. Volunteers of Medical Wings International are doctors of various specialties, they come to different countries during their weekends to provide kids with medical assistance. This time they came to Moscow, and on September 13 and 14 they provide services to kids from orphanages №№80 and 28.

It was great opportunity for kids to meet foreign guests – American doctors, to examine their eyes and teeth, to get dental aid and glasses,  to learn valuable recommendations.

This is first and not the last visit of Medical Wings International’s doctors. We hope to continue cooperation with doctors, and we express our deep gratitude to Glenda Johnson, Steve Merrill, John Cross, Dee Schoemann!!! We are very grateful to Katerina Oudalova and Katerina-City Hotel for accommodation provided to the doctors and for their rest after busy day, to our volunteers – Masha Zemlinskaya, Aliya Sayakhova, Maya Sovetnikova for translations, Irina Unikel for tour to Kremlin and Red Square, and our driver Viktor Okhanov!!!
